It's simple! Log in to your dashboard, click "Order Food", browse our curated list of restaurants, and add items to your cart. Once you checkout, a rider will be assigned to bring it to your doorstep.

Delivery times depend on your distance from the restaurant and traffic conditions. Generally, deliveries take between 30 to 45 minutes. You can track your rider in real-time once the order is picked up.

Currently, Xchange Deliveries specializes in intra-city logistics (within the same city/state). We ensure rapid delivery of parcels, documents, and items within the metropolis. Inter-state options will be coming soon!

Our "Run Errand" service is your personal assistant. We can pick up laundry, buy items from a market that isn't listed on our app, or drop off keys. As long as it fits on a bike and is legal, we can move it!

For security and efficiency, we encourage online payments via card or transfer (secured by Paystack). In limited cases, cash on delivery may be available for verified users, but we recommend cashless transactions.

We apologize for that! Please contact us immediately via the "Help" button in the app or email support@xdelivery.com.ng with your Order ID. We will verify with the vendor and process a refund or redelivery immediately.
